Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)

Take a first step towards becoming an Agent’s Representative. This qualification will provide you with the skills to work for a Licensed Real Estate Agent and undertake a broad range of duties and responsibilities under roles such as:

  • Agent’s Representative
  • Property Manager
  • Sales Manager
  • Leasing Manager

In the Certificate IV in Property Services, you’ll learn how the industry operates, legislation, listing, sales and property management. On completion of the first 3 core units below, you’ll meet the industry requirements for commencing work as an Agent’s Representative.

Units of Competency

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must demonstrate competency in 24 units of competency.

On completion of the first 3 core units below, you’ll meet the industry requirements for commencing work as an Agent’s Representative course in VIC. Licensing requirements vary for each State.
